class=\"hg-reg-legal__document\">C\u00f3digo Brasileiro de Aeron\u00e1utica \u2014 Lei n\u00ba 7.565\/1986, Artigo 44<\/h3>\n\n        <p class=\"hg-reg-legal__description\">O Plano B\u00e1sico de Zona de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o de Aer\u00f3dromos (PBZPA) \u00e9 regulamentado pelo C\u00f3digo Brasileiro de Aeron\u00e1utica (CBAer - Lei n\u00ba 7.565\/1986), especificamente em seu Artigo 44.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"hg-reg-legal__document\">O que \u00e9 o PBZPA?<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"hg-reg-legal__description\">\n<li><strong>Defini\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong> \u00c9 um conjunto de Superf\u00edcies Limitadoras de Obst\u00e1culos (OLS) que define um volume de espa\u00e7o a\u00e9reo livre de interfer\u00eancias ao redor de um aer\u00f3dromo ou heliponto.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Objetivo:<\/strong> Garantir a seguran\u00e7a, a regularidade e a efici\u00eancia das opera\u00e7\u00f5es de pouso e decolagem, al\u00e9m de evitar que o aeroporto seja inviabilizado pelo crescimento urbano desordenado ou pela prolifera\u00e7\u00e3o de constru\u00e7\u00f5es altas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Abrang\u00eancia:<\/strong> Aplica-se a qualquer tipo de bem ou propriedade, seja p\u00fablica ou privada, nas \u00e1reas vizinhas ao aer\u00f3dromo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"hg-reg-legal__document\">Principais pontos previstos no C\u00f3digo Brasileiro de Aeron\u00e1utica<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"hg-reg-legal__description\">\n<li><strong>Restri\u00e7\u00f5es ao Uso do Solo:<\/strong> As Prefeituras e administra\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas locais s\u00e3o obrigadas a compatibilizar o zoneamento urbano e o uso do solo com as restri\u00e7\u00f5es impostas pelos planos de prote\u00e7\u00e3o aeron\u00e1utica (Art. 44, \u00a7 4\u00ba do CBAer).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Obst\u00e1culos:<\/strong> Edifica\u00e7\u00f5es, antenas, \u00e1rvores, redes el\u00e9tricas ou qualquer objeto projetado que ultrapasse as alturas m\u00e1ximas permitidas pelas superf\u00edcies do plano podem ser exigidos para sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o ou remo\u00e7\u00e3o pela autoridade aeron\u00e1utica (DECEA \/ ANAC), sem direito a indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o ao infrator.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Responsabilidade:<\/strong> O propriet\u00e1rio ou possuidor do im\u00f3vel \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por instalar, operar e manter os equipamentos de sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o
